Create Bryan's first administrator account. This one-time setup screen disappears as soon as the administrator is created.

Private first-time setup

Visitors can see this page only because no administrator exists yet. Complete it before sharing the site address with members.

After setup, access is limited to accounts created by a Crucible administrator.
